Q1 :  the LCD screen lights up but doesn’t show any icon when the printer is booted or using

Q2:  The LCD screen (backlight ) does not light up when the printer is booted or using

Q3:  The LCD screen displays “Detected abnormal temperature of the hotbed”, and the left side of the LCD alarms the hotbed“cold”

Q4:  The LCD screen displays "Detected abnormal temperature of the hot bed", and the left side of the LCD alarms the hotbed "Hot"

Q5:  The LCD screen displays "Detected abnormal temperature of the print head", and the alarm print head is "Cold"

Q6:  The LCD screen displays "Detected abnormal temperature of the print head" and warns that the print head is "Hot"

Q7:  The LCD screen shows that the print head and hotbed both are "cold" when the printer is booted or during using.

Q8:  During the startup or use, the print head or the hotbed automatically heats up, the temperature cannot be controlled, and the temperature does not stop until the power is turned off.

Q9:  When setting a target temperature or printing file for the hotbed, but the hotbed (aluminum substrate) is not heated.

Q11:  The X/Y/Z axis motor doesn’t turn or turn abnormally when leveling or moving the axis operation, the axis movement is not smooth, sometimes it is stuck, sometimes even makes a lot of noise.

Q12:  The extruder (feeding motor) does not turn normally , or slip / click / stuck .

Q13:  The filament detection switch does not work, no filament can be detected, or always alarms "no materials” while it actually has filament.

Q14:  The Z axis of the printer can not move up and down properly , but the z-axis motor can rotate.

Q15:  The print head (hotend ) cooling fan doesn’t work when the printer reboots or during printing.

Q16:  During the "move head" operation or printing process, Z axis motor does not rotate or rotate abnormally , such as shake /stuck /slip , etc.
