1) Check if the Laser Engraver and the Computer Are on the Same Network
First, verify whether your computer is connected to the engraver’s own Wi-Fi (LongerLaser_XXXX) or if both the engraver and computer are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
If they are not, connect your computer either to the engraver’s Wi-Fi (LongerLaser_XXXX) or to the same Wi-Fi network that the machine is connected to.
2) Check if the IP Address Is Correct
Connect the engraver to your computer via USB, then enter the $i command in the console.
Check the returned information to confirm whether the machine’s IP address matches the IP address set in the Ethernet/TCP mode in LightBurn.

1) Check if the Port Number Is Correct
Verify that the port number is set to 8847.
1) Check if Telnet Is Enabled on Your Computer
First, go to Control Panel → Programs → Turn Windows features on or off → Telnet Client, enable it, then restart your computer. After that, try connecting to the laser engraver via Wi-Fi again.

1) Unknown Issue
If the cause is unknown, try connecting via LaserGRBL over Wi-Fi, or use a different computer to see if the problem persists.
