How to Fix LaserBurn Connection Issues via IP on Nano Duo

Troubleshooting:

1. Network
Check whether the Nano Duo and the computer are on the same network. If they are not on the same network, IP connection will not be possible. Network settings can be configured via the machine’s screen or the mobile app.

2. Machine Occupancy
Check whether the Nano Duo is already connected via IP to another device or software. The Nano Duo only supports one device/software connected via IP at a time.
