Nano Duo: Sudden Stop During Engraving

During engraving, if the machine suddenly stops, it is mainly caused by the following two reasons:

1. Data Loss
If connected via a data cable, a loose port or a damaged cable may cause the port to disconnect. Please replace the data cable.

2. Machine Alarm
During engraving, if the machine experiences shaking or tilting, an alarm will trigger, the red light will turn on, and engraving will stop. Once the alarm is cleared, engraving can resume normally.
If the alarm does not automatically clear, connect the machine to a computer, open LightBurn or LaserBurn software, and enter $X in the console to clear the alarm.
