Longer Studio is a tool product provided by Shenzhen Changlang Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we"). • Collection Purpose: Obtaining WiFi network information requires location permission. We use this permission only to scan and connect to the WiFi network where the printing device is located, and will not use it to track or store your actual geographic location information.
• Collection Timing: This permission is requested when you use the device connection and network configuration functions, and will not be requested when the application starts.
• Scope of Use: Only used to identify WiFi networks and achieve device connections, location information will not be uploaded.
3. WiFi Network Information (WiFi SSID, IP address, MAC address, etc.)
• Collection Purpose: To achieve local area network connection and communication between mobile phones and printing devices, and to identify and connect to the correct device.
• Collection Method: When you use the device connection and network configuration functions, obtain the WiFi information of the current connection.
• Details of Collected Information:
- WiFi SSID (Network Name): Used to identify the WiFi network you are currently connected to, ensuring that the mobile phone and printing device are on the same local area network
- Mobile Phone IP Address: Used to establish local area network communication connections
- Device MAC Address: Used to uniquely identify and save printing device information, avoiding duplicate device additions
• Scope of Use: This information is only stored locally on your mobile phone, used for device network configuration, device identification, and establishing communication connections, and will not be uploaded to our servers.
4. Device Information (device model, serial number, firmware version, device size, printing parameters, etc.)
• Collection Purpose: To identify the specific model and configuration of the printing device, provide adapted functions and parameters, and detect whether firmware upgrades are available.
• Collection Method: Automatically obtained through communication protocols with the device after successful device connection.
• Details of Collected Information:
- Device Model (such as EPRINT_SE, etc.): Used for function adaptation
- Device Serial Number: Used for device identification and warranty services
- Firmware Version: Used to detect whether upgrades are needed
- Printing Area Size: Used to set printing parameters
• Scope of Use: Only used for local function adaptation and device management, and does not involve personal identity identification.

5. Camera Permission
To use the application's photo printing function, when you use the photo function, we need to request camera permission. Photos taken are only stored on your local device.
6. Photo Album Read Permission
To use the application's image selection printing function, when you use the image selection function, we need to request photo album read permission. We will not upload or share your photos, and all image processing is completed locally.
7. Storage Permission
To save processed images and print files, we need to request storage permission. These files are only saved in the local location of your device.
(IV) Network Communication

To provide online services (such as account login, AI image processing, firmware update detection, etc.), the application needs to access the Internet. You can disable network permissions in system settings at any time, but this will affect the use of online functions.

• Privacy Protection: We will not automatically read clipboard content in the background, and will only access it when users actively use related functions.
(VI) Permission Request Timing Instructions (Important)
We strictly comply with privacy compliance requirements:
• When the application starts: No permissions will be automatically requested, and no device information or personal information will be automatically collected.
• First time opening the APP: Only the privacy policy pop-up window will be displayed. Before you click [Agree], no information will be collected.
• When using functions: Permission requests will only pop up when you actually use functions that require permissions (such as using the device connection function, image selection function, etc.).
• Permission Minimization: Only the minimum permissions necessary for functions are requested. You can refuse authorization, but related functions will be unavailable, and other functions will not be affected.
II. How We Store and Protect Your Personal Information
1. Data Storage Location: The device connection information, WiFi information, device MAC addresses, print files, and other data we collect are only stored locally on your mobile phone and will not be uploaded to our servers.
2. Storage Period: We only retain your necessary information for the shortest time necessary to achieve service purposes. When you uninstall the application, all locally stored information will be automatically deleted.

After account cancellation, you will no longer be able to use this account to log in and use related services.
