LONGER  Warranty Policy

 

AFTER-SALES SERVICE POLICIES
This warranty does not affect your legal rights in accordance with the laws and provisions of your country or region. The terms specified in this warranty should be executed to the extent permitted by the laws of your country or region. When the warranty period of this policy is not sufficient to cover the scope of the law in your country or region, your local policy regulations shall prevail.

You cannot request a replacement service if

  • The product is out of warranty;
  • The product was purchased from non-LONGER channels;
  • The product returned to LONGER does not include all original accessories, attachments or packaging, or items that were damaged due to improper use;
  • The product is found to be free of defects after all appropriate tests;
  • You fail to provide valid proof of purchase, order number, or other legal proof;
  • Failure or damage is caused by incorrect or improper use, maintenance, or storage, such as improper handling; use of the product not for the reasonable intended purpose; improper plugging or unplugging of external devices; drops or improper external crash; contact with or exposure to improper temperatures, solvents, acids, alkalis, water intrusion, etc.; infestation of insects and rodents or intrusion of foreign objects resulting in the breakage, dust, damage of the product or parts (such as housing, components, wiring, etc.);
  • Failure or damage is caused by any installation, repair, alteration, addition, or disassembly by agencies or personnel who are not authorized by LONGER;
  • Modification, alteration or removal of the original identification information of the product or components;
  • Tamage is caused by uncontrollable external events (fire, flood, strong wind, or thunderstorm);
  • The replacement product functions well after some tests upon the receipt of the replacement product sent from LONGER.
  • The product received fails to be sent back to LONGER within seven (7) calendar days after LONGER confirms the replacement request.

Warranty scope and period

 

Note 1:
The "warranty period" above starts from the date of receipt of the product, with the invoice date as a reference. Therefore, please keep your invoice as proof of purchase.
If there is no valid invoice, the warranty period will start from the date when the product leaves the factory.

 

Repair Warranty
lf the quality problem is determined by the after sales inspection of our company, the company will provide free maintenance service; if it is a non-quality problem caused by human factors, the customer shall bear the corresponding replacement parts fee and no need to bear the maintenance fee.

 

Out-of Warranty
The customer shall bear all costs incurred during the repair process.including labor costs, spare parts costs, packaging costs, and round-trip freight costs.

Extended Warranty

An extended warranty can be purchased,PRICE*10%= one year extended warranty available.

(Consumables/Accessories/Wearing parts do not offer extended warranty. )

This aftersales policy may vary according to local laws and regulations, and LONGER reserves the right to interpret and modify this warranty policy at any time at its sole discretion.

 

Refund policy
We hope you're delighted with your order. We understand that sometimes you would like a refund. As long as an item fits the requirements in this policy, we accept the return and give a refund in US dollars.

 

Conditions of Return
If the order has already been delivered, a return must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery. You will need to provide the original receipt and pay a service fee for the refund.

  • All products, packages, and materials must be intact.
  • If it's a machine, it must have lasered less than 50 times.
  • Materials purchased separately can't be returned.

*Note: The percentage of the service fee will be calculated on the total price of the order, including tax and shipping costs. Exchanging a product after delivery is not allowed.

Replacement Policy
Normally, our replacement policy starts when you receive the goods and ends three months after receipt. The replacement policy only applies to machines purchased from official channels by LONGER.

 

Replacement terms
1. Within 15 days of receipt of the purchased product:
You can request a replacement product. LONGER will cover the cost of shipping to and from your location.
2. More than 15 days of receipt of the purchased product:
You can choose a warranty service or a paid replacement product.

  • Between 15 days and 30 days of receipt: you will need to pay us 15% service fee and be responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Between 30 days and 3 months of receipt: you will need to pay us 40% service fee and be responsible for return shipping costs.


Note: The percentage of service fees mentioned above is based on the total price of goods. If you require a replacement machine that costs more than you paid for, you'll have to pay the difference.

 

Non-replaceable situation

  • The product has been received for more than 3 months.
  • The product was purchased from non-LONGER channels.
  • The product returned to LONGER does not include all original accessories, attachments or packaging, or items that were damaged due to improper use.
  • The product is found to be free of defects after all appropriate tests.
  • Failure or damage is caused by improper use, maintenance, or storage.
