Please help me, thank you. I bought the 10W Laser Ray5 and it worked great without any limit switches. I wanted to buy the limit switch kit and installed them. The board it uses is the LGT LASER RAY5 v1.1. I downloaded the firmware from your site with the pump port and limit switch for ray5 10w. I used the MKS ESP32 tool, but my board is only seen as ESP32 S3. It wrote the firmware correctly, or I turned it off and on again to load the .nc file, but neither LaserGRBL nor Lightburn see the laser anymore; it always appears disconnected. It doesn't work anymore. I've already chatted with online help, and they gave me your address. Can you please help me? Can you send me the firmware and instructions? The laser is brand new, just purchased. I attach the photo of the firmware that was installed before and now it is stuck with the initial writing. Thank you, help me.

It works great zeroing out the laser and also helps with limits. Note: if you have something that is near the limits, you might have to rotate the project. If not it could hit the limit switch and shut down.

I love the kit, but it arrived without the 2 measure pieces, i only got one, the 58mm one, other than that, i like it.
Kable, ogólnie OK. Ale do starszej rewizji płyty sterownika, gdzie kabel włączający laser jest osobno. W mojej płycie ten kabel jest w jednej 3 pinowej złączce. Trzeba było wziąć miernik, przełożyć kabelki do osobnej 3 pinowej wtyczki. Ale udało się.
This is a game changer, especially when making cuts. If a sensor trips, or power goes out, I can restart my project exactly where it stopped at with accuracy. Helps really well for batch making as well. Gets it on center every time after homing.

My order came well packaged. Instructions were a little vague, with just a picture of two different control boards. It was easy to id my board, However it only identified each cable, not which ones to swap out. I did get it figured out quickly. The measurment for the gantry was spot on but, the one on the rail was a bit off, just moved it a grunt and it worked, not sure why. The instructions a you tuber showed was more helpful. Now when I push the home button it goes to home. Also look on youtube for instructions on the firmwear update too, Much better than the printed instructions on Longer.

The cable in the limit switch kit I ordered first didn't fit my main board but thanks to your support team I could get a new cable and they answered to all my questions about cable installation an firmware upgrade.

The quality of the kit looks very good and sturdy and looks like it will give a long service life. The installation instructions are difficult to read, especially the printed text and details in the photographs; it required a magnifying glass to view. I also found information lacking, such as, one may have to use the Y2 port rather than Y1 as instructed. When I used Y1 port the Y axis would travel in the wrong direction. My unit came with the Y2 axis as the primary Y source. When connected to Y2 the operation was OK. This is not covered the instructions. Otherwise all is now working.
Reçu rapidement, très facile à installer (il y a la cale pour le positionnement dans le paquet), les instructions pour la mise à jour du logiciel sont claires... et ca facilite le travail en évitant de forcer sur les moteurs comme avec les butées d'origine. pour ce prix là, ça serait dommage de s'en passer.

Producte excel·lent. El kit ve complet amb tot el necessari pel muntatge. Hi ha disponible el manual de muntatge i també un video força aclaridor, al menys per tenir una idea global del muntatge. Però trobo que tant el manual com el vídeo, els falta una mica més d'informació, especialment pel què fa al connexionat i a la instal·lació del Firmware que, en alguns moments no queda prou clar. I potser allargar-ho una mica més, i més lent, per indicar quines passes cal fer per configurar la nova instal·lació amb diferents programes, per exemple LightBurn. Però per la resta, un molt bon accessori. Molt recomanable. I una nota especial pel servei d'Atenció al Client: Ràpida resposta, eficient i solucionen els problemes que puguin sortir. EXCEL·LENT!!! Gràcies
