The printer works great. I am very satisfied with the product. The only problem I had was that I used some PLA filament that was old, and I jammed the tube. My fault! Once I cleaned it out and used new material, I have had no issues. Went together with ease. Love the load and unload feature.

I have had my Longer 5 Pro for more than 2 years now. I have had to make no upgrades to it. This printer has just worked ever since the first day I unboxed it. I had a learning curve but the machine is very well built and has been great to own. I have printed big prints that maxed it out as well as tiny little figurines and they have all been beautiful. If I had the money I would have an entire army of Longer products. The customer service is great when I asked about adding a second lead ( the only thing g I would suggest Longer changes) they were very helpful and gave me all the information I needed to add when I was ready.
I am very happy with my LK5 printer AND very happy with their Customer Service. After just a few great prints I did experience a problem, so I emailed Longer Customer Service. They responded promptly and walked me through a diagnostic and discovered that there was a problem with the heated bed. Longer immediately sent me a replace bed under warranty. Everything is working great again.
It's a great printer. Price range makes it affordable. Haven't had any problems out of it
I just received and started to print my first pieces. Until now the printer has been easy to use and the quality of prints is good.
What a fantastic printer quiet efficient easy to use love it .I can't stop using it I've printed moulds tv remote holder phone holder a tool holder and as well as all the files that came with the printer and I've only had the printer a week love it .Before getting this printer I had never used one before and I'm a complete beginner all I can say this is a great machine and I would recommend it The delivery was quick and the printer was sent over 6000 miles to get to me well done Longer.
I have been using this printer for a pretty long time now and it has never failed me in terms of quality and speed. I have printed 1525 hours so far and I have no issues with the printer! I would highly recommend this printer. alongside this, for my job in repairs, it is amazing and can give me parts I need to fix appliances! my co workers also own the same exact printer and they all have had no issues as well. Amazing! For the $$, the construction quality is excellent and I'm an aerospace engineer. The sheer size of parts you can print is tremendous. I did my homework and I cannot be more satisfied! Highly recommend it!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
This is my first on 3d printer and I am very impressed.
Took a little over an hour to set up but after I got it all together it worked well, tweaked the settings some but it was straight forward.
So I will start out this review by saying I love Longer. First 3D printing machine and its amazing. However the reasoning behind my 4 instead of 5 stars is because of a few issues. The paper instructions are not very detailed especially for a newbie like me. There's a QR code for more instructions and there's instructions on the included TF card. However these are also not very detailed and the included videos are too quick and don't explain enough took hours on YouTube to find a detailed video that could help. Now that's not a major gripe as this machine isn't super hard to figure out even for a newbie. My biggest gripe is there's a USB cable option on this machine that helps you print via your computer or install custom firmware to your machine but you do not recieve a USB cable with this machine and the website doesn't sell them either. Wouldn't be a problem if it took a micro USB like most phones use but it takes a special end that you got with old flip phones. Here in my state in the US these cables are so obsolete they are impossible to find and finding one online is very hard because the instructions mention nothing about the cable just basically the plugging in and USB printing but nothing on what kind of cable. Finally got one that worked my Blue Snowball ICE mic apparently uses this type of cable so I'm using that one till I can find one that works. Now that's the cons about this printer here's the pros This company is absolutely amazing at making a great printer so far I haven't had any issues except when I out the settings in wrong because again I'm a newbie and still learning. I haven't tried any super sized items yet but I've printed a ring a few benchys a diorama etc. This machine is great for the price you pay. Now here's my amazon/longer comparison for those not knowing who to buy from. Amazon. faster shipping and lower price However doesn't include everything your supposed to get with the printer and many have complained thier box arrived with the item damaged or looking like it was second hand refurbished. Longer 3D. Slower shipping but when it arrives it's worth the wait it's the most well packaged and protected item I've ever received. They actually put it in shock resistant foam then busted up a box put that busted box on top of the foam then put the foamed product and busted up box in a bigger box and taped it up so much that it had no chance of opening in transit. The box arrived dented to hell because of UPS but the machine andeverything inside was absolutely fine like nothing happened. Took about a week to get to me but again it was worth the wait because I knew I was receiving everything intended for the machine new and not refurbished. Tips. When you order and you recieve a email with tracking to check your order copy the tracking number and use it on ups website it updates way faster than 17track. When you recieve your package is very heavy so make sure your home recieve it so it isn't thrown on the porch. Not that mine was. Also the package will not move within the ups network on the weekend and I didn't recieve a update till late evening of the first business day after the weekend just for a heads up. Thank you Longer because of your amazing product and service I will definitely be a returning costumer. Keep on printing on!

At 1st I had some trouble with the slicing program because it was not placing the print properly on the board however after some communication with both the software company and the longer customer service manage to figure out what the problem was and how to resolve it ... Now that it's been resolved I have been having no issues including printing a print that took 37 hours to print Very large very detailed print turned out great I even used a different kind of filament that was not purchased through longer and still turned out wonderful ...... I've also been studying and trying to learn how to craft my very own prints and designs and there's a great deal to learn and I've learned a great deal but I still have a great deal more to go
This was my first print it’s only been a couple of days and I’ve learned so much and am already improving!

My first 3d printer and I’m in love. I’ve had a few hiccups that were all my fault. First off make sure you remove the sticker on the side of the power supply and make sure it’s on the right voltage. Mine was set for 230 but worked the first time on 115. After that it did not work until I found that switch. Other than that I am printing my 3rd thing now and have not had a problem.

This is my first 3D printer and I love it. I made a few things like a screen cover for my touch pad. Once i leveled the bed wow it was easy to make all kinds of things. I printed all the brackets I’m going to need for the new stepper motor the s axis is not completely level. I love this machine.
Pretty gr8 out of the box, just had to tighten the bed and hotend after the assambly (made easy with video) Im currently printing with 0.8 nozzle which makes the prints drop in speed drasticly. Great machine, especially for the price
I have had the printer for about a week now and so far it has been impressive with the accuracy and precision. I love the glass bed and I have not had one print not stick. The manual leveling is easy. I am just a beginner and this is my first 3d printer but at this point, I would buy a second on.

This was my first personal 3d printer. I have been up close to some 3d printer equipment through my job but I was never able to touch, play with the programs, or do anything else other than clean the prints that came from them. I was always intrigued and finally received the LK5 Pro as a gift. It took a bit for enough filament to come in where I could print something worth while (My suggestion would be Longer could add a bit more filament to "Play" with in the box) If your buying your own printer then you know to buy filament immediately. Set up was easy enough when walking through the online videos. A few differences and things that are missed in the video and paper print out that others on Youtube helped to point out. It took a very long while to get the bed of the printer leveled but after I got it leveled I have printed upward of 24 hours (multiple projects) without any issues of the level. The only issue I have run into was a clog. The clog then caused the teflon tube to break away from the Pneumatic Connector. and it continued to feed filament for 3 hours but not into the nozzle. Fixing this issue is still causing me issues as of now. I'm hoping that e6000 will fix this issue. For the price, the size and everything included I am overjoyed with this "purchase". 5/5 for a very early rating. If the breaks, or mishaps continued then I might drop but overall this is a great starter!
Pretty easy assembly, directions were basic and left out a few things, but nothing major. I did have some first layer issues, but this was fixed by loosening gantry wheels a bit. I also had to tighten the table. After that, I sliced on new version of cura, with the cura profile for my printer and was able to print a great full sized helmet.
Shipped quickly, very easy to setup, touchscreen menu is very simple and well designed. One thing I would like to see in a new firmware update would be the ability to adjust z offset while printing. This may have already happened though because I haven’t taken the time to update the firmware yet
A Great 3D printer easy to assemble & the prints are great, I have only printed with PLA+ but the first few prints look really good. This is my first 3D printer & I would highly recommend to anyone & also has a big build plate/bed 300 300 400 thank you Longer.
This is my first filament printer, and I love it. It was pretty easy to assemble. I had to figit a bit at first to get the bed level(mostly due to my inexperience. When I recently changed the nozzle and re-leveled, it was much easier to level it now). After that, it has been running about five days a week since I got it three months ago. No real issues in that time. After a couple test prints to dial in the settings for a new material, I can pretty much ignore it and let it do its thing. The filament runout detection has also been reliable. Haven't printed anything that takes it to its max height, but at halfway, haven't had any problems. So far, I'm very happy with this machine. If I had more space and money, I'd probably get more of them.
I have an LK5 pro. I I accidentally knocked it off the table while it was printing. It fell about 3 feet. The build plate came forward. I put it back on the table and tried to get the project back in position. I told the build to continue and the project was compleated with no damage

The printer is great out of the box, the extruder mechanism isn't the best, but it works fine,(upgraded mine with the dual metal creality one) and improve all my retraction settings, Soon will upgrade to a dual z axis, it does have super light Z axis ringing or ghosting, nothing major. Quality it's impressive for such a large and inexpensive printer, 75mm printing speed seems to be the max for a 0.4mm nozzle and stock extruder, Y axis belt needs to be tensioned as soon it comes out of the box, "soft" mount dampers to avoid vibrations it's a MUST. The fan are loud enough to know that is ON, the steppers aren't as quiet but still under tolerable. I use and enclosure to keep the temperature constant, and still get 2-3 degrees fluctuation in the reading, not sure if is PID tuning yet. Also there are a few bugs on the firmware, (can't see any new file in the SD once a print is done, it has to be power cycle to refresh the SDCard files., among others, not a big deal, but it's a little annoying) printed the UPGRADED fan ducts from thingiverse and quality has become superior. The spool holder is not in good position, it forces the filament against the sensor and it shaves the filament while it's being feed (very dusty after a long print) Love the cable management, and hope to get the bltouch upgrade soon. Personally i like the screen, but I'm used to use the creality knob for fine tuning, also the z axis offset adjustment should be available while it's printing, and the default should be 1 unit, not 10. Can someone upload the LONGER logo as stl.? , so I can customize the upgrades and include the logo.?
I have had my LK5 for over 5 months. I have only allowed this workhorse to have a couple days off! The only failed prints or broken parts have my mistakes. I have paid it off a couple times over!! This is an amazing machine that works every time I hit print. I will be buying more Longer products in the very near future. I thank Longer for making such a great user friendly and professional printer.

I found it very well packed and the installation instructions was very easy to read and understand plus there is a video to watch if you got stuck, the printer looks very professional and well put together with the support rods and the glass bed. Well done guys will deal with you more. paul Cole
I bought the LK % as my first printer. It was pre-assembled to a point that I was able to put it together in less than an hour. I have not stopped printing since I turned it on. This printer is a workhorse. I will be buying more of them in the future. It sets up and prints the thought that was put into this priced printer is unreal. I would recommend this printer to anyone that is looking for a fun and very useable printer. Longer is my go-to when I need something printed and I won't be home. print it and forget it this printer just works. I have other more expensive printers but this is the one I use daily. THANK YOU LONGER I LOVE THE LK 5!!!
