The LONGER Makers Club is our exclusive loyalty program designed to thank you for being part of our community. Earn Longer Tokens by making purchases, referring friends, or completing select activities. You can redeem these points at checkout for instant savings on your next order.
You can earn Longer Tokens through purchases, successful referrals, and selected activities on our site. There’s no cap on how many points you can collect—the more active you are, the more rewards you unlock. Please check the “Earn Points” section on our site for more details.
You can apply your Laser Points directly during checkout, choosing how many you'd like to use for that order. Alternatively, you can redeem points for special items or gift cards through the rewards section. You don’t have to use them all at once—save some for your next project!
Your points will expire if no purchases are made within a 12-month period. If you haven't placed any orders since joining the program, your points will also expire 12 months after your registration date. Earning points from birthdays or activities won’t reset the expiration clock—only a purchase will.
Your Longer Tokens balance may go down if a purchase was canceled or refunded, whether it was your own or a referral’s. When that happens, the points earned from that transaction will be automatically deducted from your account.
Sometimes it may take a little time for points to appear after an activity or purchase—this could be anywhere from a few minutes to a few days. If you still don’t see your points after a reasonable wait, feel free to reach out to us at support@longer3d.com and we’ll be happy to assist.
