Longer Laser B1 30W (33-36W Output Power)

The optical power of the 20W laser head is about 20-22W, which is coupled of 4 laser diodes, and the electric power of the laser head is 24V 3.2A; the optical power of the 30W laser head is about 33W, which is composed of 6 laser diodes, and the electric power is 24V 4.5A.

Laser B1 20W engraver uses 24V 5A adapter; Laser B1 30W engraver uses 24V 7.5A adapter.

There are 8 safety protection features are installed, i.e. Move/ Flame/Offline/Motionless/Security Lock/Eye Protection/Emergency Stop Button/Zero Reset. And laser head is automatically reset to zero to avoid burnout when fire.

Lase B1 can smartly control the air pump switch through the main board, that is, set the Air on or off in lightburn, then the air pump switch can be automatically controlled without manually switching the air pump.

The maximum speed of Laser B1 30W is 30000mm/min, and which is 30000mm/min for Laser B1 20W.

The focusing block is fixed on the laser head to avoid accidental loss, it just needs to pull out the focusing block, loosen the M3*20 handle screw, move the laser module down, tighten the M3*12 handle screw when the bottom of the focusing block touches the plywood, and close the focusing block.

Laser B1 30 can cut 20mm paulownia wood, 10mm black acrylic, 0.1mm stainless steel plate by single pass, and can cut 25mm basswood, 50mm acrylic by multiple passes.

The focal length of Laser B1 30W and 20W is 50mm. Compared with the 40mm focal length of other products, the longer focal length is more suitable for cutting.

It is necessary to adjust the trigger threshold of the flame sensor to reduce the probability of false triggering of the sensor. The specific operations are as follows: 1.1 Connect lightburn/lasergrbl, select the appropriate port and baud rate (115200) 1.2 Send the command ""$42=1300"" on the console, 1300 is the trigger threshold, the smaller the value, the less likely it is to trigger. The factory default value is 1700. The setting will be saved automatically. After that, you can send ""$42"" to read the setting value to ensure the setting success. 1.3 Test whether it will be falsely triggered. If it still is, repeat step 1.2 and change the threshold to a smaller value until it will not be falsely triggered.2. If the flame sensor is damaged, and it is necessary to apply for after-sales replacement of the flame sensor. Before replacing the sensor, the flame sensor function can be temporarily turned off. The specific operation is as follows: 2.1 Connect lightburn/lasergrbl, choose the correct port and baud rate (115200) 2.2 Send the command ""$38=0"" to turn off the flame sensor function (if you want to turn it on again, please send the command ""$38=1""), the settings will be saved automatically.3. Please cover the flame sensor with an opaque sticker.

If the position sensor is damaged, and you need to apply for after-sales replacement of the position sensor. Before replacing the sensor, you can temporarily disable the position sensor function. The specific operations are as follows:2.1 Connect lightburn/lasergrbl, choose the correct port and baud rate (115200).2.2 Send the command ""$39=0"" to turn off the flame sensor function (if you want to turn it on again, please send the command ""$39=1""), the settings will be saved automatically.

Adjust the position of the synchronous wheel to prevent friction between the timing belt and the synchronous wheel.4. Check whether the screws of the X-axis synchronous wheel, the coupling and synchronous wheel on the Y-axis are loose.5. The top and bottom of the timing belt should be aligned.

Check that the emergency stop switch is released and the key of the safety lock is turned to the green dot (if the key of the safety lock is turned to the red, which means the safety lock is on, the machine cannot be turned on).2. Check whether the green light of the power adapter is on, if not, please contact the after-sales mailbox to reissue the accessories for you.3. The green light of power adapter is on, but the motherboard is out of power or the laser head fan does not work, it needs to rotate the adapter plug, if it doesn’t work, please check whether the power cable on the motherboard is loose, and reconnect the cable. Otherwise, the motherboard needs to be replaced.

For 3-5mm wood boards, first check whether the laser head is focusing normally, click Lightburn-Edit-Device Setting, check whether the S-value MAX is 1000, and then adjust the cutting parameters, that is, the power is 100%, and the cutting speed is 300-450mm/min.2. If the board is too thick, the laser head needs to be lowered by 1-3mm after normal focusing.3. Check whether the laser head window len is polluted. If there is pollution, use a dust-free cloth dipped in alcohol to clean the len or directly replace the window len. If it is still invalid, replace the laser head module within the warranty period.

1. If the cutting surface turns yellow, you need to install the laser air assist nozzle and turn on the air pump at the same time.2. If the cutting surface is carbonized, it is necessary to reduce the laser power or increase the cutting speed.

When using the APP, it needs to insert the SD card into the motherboard to ensure that the data can be received normally.

1. Check whether the interface between the air pump and the machine is plugged in, and whether the air pump valve is open.2. Open Lightburn, select the correct serial port to connect to the engraving machine, click Edit-Device Settings-Air Assist, select M8, and then enter ""M8"" on the console to turn on the air pump. If it dose not work, contact the after-sale service to replace the pump.
